During my recent stay at a cozy family-run hotel, I was delighted by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff made me feel like part of their big family, creating a homely atmosphere. The breakfast spread was simply amazing, with a variety of delicious pastries, cheeses, and cold cuts. I especially loved the fat milk served in cute bottles. The location was perfect, with the lake and mountains nearby. Despite my late check-in, the hotel was accommodating and the bar was open until midnight. I had a fantastic experience at this charming hotel.

Good restaurant, staff was helpful and nice, and spoke English.

Carpet needed to be replace and room key was difficult to use.

We stayed in a separate haus: thin walls, dirty extra blanket, no temp control, reception didn't speak English, no shower curatin=flooding, tv didn't work.

The hotel's quiet location near the lake, free bike borrowing, helpful staff, tasty food, and great breakfast made our stay enjoyable. The modern yet tasteful design of the hotel, along with the exposed beams and plaster in our room, added a unique touch. The friendly and accommodating staff, along with the delicious evening meal and locally sourced ingredients, enhanced our experience.

Comfortable sized room, light and airy atmosphere. Walking distance to swim park and waterfront, boat to Lindau, and the train station. Great breakfast included with the stay. Good value for the $.

No fans or air-conditioning. I believe the window will open farther than we realized.

Didn't like the fact that Guest house was removed from reception and main hotel so far away. If it would have been on the same property it would be all right, but going to breakfast across the street and then some was not so comfortable.

Great contemporary design with historical elements and very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with super clean amenities. The healthy breakfast was a real delight with fresh local products. The hotel is situated in a convenient location near the lake and key city attractions. Plus, free parking is a bonus.

The toilet had glass doors and was open to the main space which offers no privacy. , our room was on a higher floor without an elevator, which meant we had to carry our luggage up to our room, which was a bit of a hassle.

There was free wifi in reception but you had to guess that. Guesthouse was billed as being "100 metres" from main building; that is a conservative estimate.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel on our cycling tour. The bike service was the best we've had, with a separate bike garage and a key provided. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the lake and not too far from the center of town. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The staff were also really friendly and accommodating.

The hotel staff seemed very disorganised. Our hotel room was in a building a few streets away from the main hotel building where the restaurant and the bas were. The hotel was much too expensive for what it had to offer, it was nothing special. It is also located quite a distance from the center of Bregenz.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful lake. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the complimentary welcome drinks and the delicious breakfast provided each morning. The hotel also had great amenities such as free parking and a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Located conveniently close to the motorway with easy access. the hotel is situated within walking distance of the picturesque lake and offers great opportunities for the guests to take nice walks. Breakfast offerings are diverse and include locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. the staff is friendly, providing personal care to guests, such as providing information about the local area.

The walk to the town-center can be long, and guests might need to consider taking a taxi instead.

The building design was great and the restaurant served tasty cocktails. the location was convenient walking distance to the ports, providing plenty of fun day and evening options for our holiday.

The mattresses were uncomfortably hard and we didn't sleep well. It would have been nice for staff to proactively provide toppers or even just have them on the bed by default.
